Fishing in the Bay.....

Can I say that fishing in Corpus Christi is one of the premier saltwater fishing locations in the United States and that I love fishing here? The water is very warm and there are so many places to wade, paddle and boat that you can hardly go wrong.

Hunter has learned how to run!!!

This is what I do a lot of when I come home to see my little man. He's so fun to play with. As you can see he's learned how to use his feet pretty well. Well, not that well but he's getting there.

The New Baby Smith!!!!

Today we got to see an ultra-sound of the new baby. The technician said the baby looked great. I was so happy to see it squirming all over the place. Misty and I were pretty excited and Hunter watched the screen with his finger in his mouth the whole time.

My mother calls Hunter, Tator-tot and says maybe she'll call this one "French-fry". I said if it's a girl maybe we'll call her "Milk-shake" if she's got the walk.

Due date is February 26, 2009!!

Here's what he does when we try to watch a movie!!

Tonight Misty and I were watching Vantage Point. It's really intense however during the movie we kept hearing Hunter playing around the computer. It was dark and we really couldn't tell what he was up to until we turned on the lights. Well, this is the result. I mean you gotta love your children but this little tyrant is treading on thin ice. LOL!!

Nope, not Santa!! It's Hunter!!!

Hunter has found himself a new place to hide. In the chimney. He crawls in there and who knows what he does. As you can see he's on his way out!

Hunter just worn himself out today....

As you can see, Hunter must have worn himself out. Sleeping in the hallway!!

Hunter on his 1st Merry-Go-Round

Misty decided to do a little walking at the mall today. While we were there we decided to take Hunter on the merry-go-round. I'll have to admit, he was pretty nervous. He didn't like too much the horse going up and down. But he was a champ and hung in there.

My sweet little man.

Before the Hair Tragedy...

Well, I couldn't take it any longer. I just had to cut the little man's hair. In fact it was Misty who suggested I use the clippers. Well as I was cutting Hunter's hair I began to notice how short it really was. I then realized the guard on the clippers had slipped and the rest is history.....

And After....

Here is Hunter after the hair tragedy.

Hooks vs. Cards

Tonight Misty suggested we get out of the house and go do something other than hang out at the beach or the mall or even Wal-Mart. LOL....she thought it would be fun to take the little runt to a baseball game and see how he likes it. Well....he loved it. He thought it was so neat to see all the action happening around him such as the cheering, the announcer, the music and the horns going off when a homerun was hit. He really behaved well and everyone there thought he was the cutest thing. I'm sure the fact that he's really fair skinned with red hair doesn't make a difference in a 85% Hispanic demograph. LOL.

Afterwards we drove around the marina and watched people fish while we tried to put Hunter to sleep.

Matt & Tiffany

Here's Matt and freaking Tiffany Lakosky. He ran into them at the Bass Pro Shop in Omaha. Now that he's met her and Lee, he thinks their buds. LOL...

Hunter and Daddy at the pool!!!!

After a hard day working and not having much planned, it's always a great idea to cool off in the pool. Hunter sure thinks so as well. Here we are at our apartment's pool just trying to beat the South Texas heat.

Here's what a 15-month-old thinks he can do.

Thursday night, Misty left me with Hunter while she scampere[Photo]d 0ff to her primary meeting. Hunter and I decided to stay at the computer and listen to music. Well he couldn't take watching me handle the mouse and just had to jump on the desk and take the controls. Needless to say this didn't last too long with him at the helm. After smacking the mouse around for a bit I had to regain control of the situation.
